Depending on the environment of the processing line and the type of transported material, The plates serve to transports by changing shapes, or various attachments can use to fit any job. We provide "impact resistance" and "fatigue resistance" by the high tension and impact of the applied loads.

PIN
PIN A pin acts as a component to connect the plates to support the carrier's load and assembles with the bushings and rollers. We use the toughest material for abrasion resistance on our pins to avert wear caused by rotational friction between the pins and bushes.

While the chain drive, The bushes act as a buffer and absorb shock that would transfer to the pin on the contact between sprockets and chains. Since the surface of the pins and the inner diameter of the rollers are in direct contact, wear, and fatigue resistance require.

ROLLER
S,M,N,R,F Depending on the size and shape of a roller, the S, M, N, R, and F-types are divided. A roller acts to reduce rolling friction between the rail and chain. As it acts as a buffer for the contact shock of the chain and driven sprocket during high-compression transference, We provide anti-fatigue and wear resistance to our rollers.

Split Pin
A Joint pin prevents the detachment of each component of the conveyor chain within the range of assembly tolerance. We design the T-pins to be weaker than the pins and chain's connection as a failsafe to prevent the chain from breaking due to any unusual or unexpected surge. We mainly use T-pins, which are strong compared to split pins and are easy to decompose/assembly.
