Depending on the environment of processing line, shape and type of material being transported, a variety of attachments can be used to fit any job.

Due to high tension and impact of the applied loads, we provide impact-resistance and fatigue-resistance.

PIN PIN

Pins, link, bushes and roller and are made to withstand and sustain the load of transportation.

We use the toughest material for abrasion resistance on our pins to avert wear caused by rotational friction between the pins and bushes.

*While Chain is being Driven*

With regard to the contact between sprocket and chain, the bush acts as a buffer and absorbs shock that would otherwise be transferred to the pin.

Since the surface portion and the inner diameter of the roller pin are in direct contact, wear and fatigue-resistance is required.

ROLLER S,M,N,R,F

Depending on size and shape, S, M, N, R, and F-types are divided and rollers act to reduce rolling friction between rail and chain.

As it acts as a buffer for the contact shock of the chain drive sprocket during high-compression transference, anti-fatigue and wear-resistance is required.

T-PIN

Split Pin

Prevents the detachment of each component of the conveyor chain within the range of assembly tolerance. T-pins are designed to be weaker than the connection between the chain and pin as a failsafe to prevent the chain from breaking due to any unusual or unexpected surge.
CONNECT LINK LINK Composition of connect link is one Pin Plate (A), one Pin Plate (B) and two Pins.
BUSH LINK LINK Composition of bush link is two bush plates, two bushes, and two rollers.
